Verlin and Dot Simmons’ 60th wedding anniversary (June 29, 1949) was celebrated with their children, Randy T. and (Janet), Val and (Wendy), Jane and (Gary) Olsen, and Laurel and (Farrell) Edwards, their grandchildren, and great-grandchildren on June 20, 2009.

There comes a time in every couple’s life for looking back and remembering. Such a time has arrived in the lives of Arlen Thomas Whittington and Marilyn Loveland as they reach the golden milestone.

Mr. and Mrs. Dean Bartschi of Nibley will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on July 7.

On Thursday, July 2, 2009 Paul Anderson, life long resident of Nibley, celebrated his 80th birthday. He was honored at a dinner at the Bluebird in Logan. It was attended by his wife, Luana, his children, Kathy (Wynn), Kristie (Mike), Jeff (Heidi) and Kevin (Sherrie); also his sisters and spouces : Betty (Bill), Pat (Vern), Myrna (J.R.).
